Cassie McLean is the Chief Executive Officer at Monte Nido, a leading provider of eating disorder treatment that offers a supportive system of care through inpatient, residential, day treatment, and virtual programs. In this work, she and her team are committed to helping people on their journey of recovery through inclusive competent care – helping them to get well and stay well.
Prior to her work with Monte Nido, Cassie was Group Vice President of Operations with DaVita Kidney Care, an operating division of DaVita Inc, a Fortune 500 company. There she oversaw operations and growth of a $1 billion service line. Early in her career, Cassie worked with Accenture Consulting and as a hospital administrator at New York University School of Medicine. She holds a bachelor’s in biology from Colorado College and a master’s in public administration with a focus in healthcare finance from New York University.
When not at work, she and her husband are busy raising three daughters to be confident in who they are.
