With 10 years in health plan management—holding key roles at Cigna, Great West Life, and Mercy Health Plans—and 15 years in multi-site provider operations, Jason excels in both Fee-For-Service (FFS) and Value-Based care. Known for driving cash flow improvements and operational efficiency, he has consistently delivered strong financial results. He has guided organizations through mergers and acquisitions and led three large-scale divestitures to strategic partners.

As President of the Pacific Northwest Region at Optum, he managed a $2B revenue portfolio, enhancing market share. At GoHealth, a NASDAQ-listed company with ~$1B in revenue, he strengthened financial operations for sustainable growth and meaningful improved cash flow in excess of $300M in an 18-month time span.
