Tiffany King is the VP of Virtual Programs at Monte Nido where she oversees the adolescent and adult virtual IOP and PHP offerings and specialties. She has over 15 years of experience in financial operations, strategy, start-up, and operational leadership roles. She started her career in financial and audit risk consulting at Deloitte, assisting companies in SOX compliance, finance transformation and process optimization, most notably in the technology industry. She also led Twitter into public company status through spearheading internal financial process compliance and then transitioned to the Corporate Development M&A Team, leading the due diligence risk assessment and integration of the company’s largest acquisition at nearly $500 million.
In her last job before joining Monte Nido, Tiffany worked at Embark Behavioral Health, an adolescent and young adult mental health company with programs across the United States. She first joined the team in a financial operations capacity, where she helped scale the first outpatient clinic and short-term residential program into 20+ programs, establishing standardized monthly business reviews, semi-annual elite program reviews, labor models, people and talent cadences, payor strategy, and outreach and admissions optimization. She then was promoted to the VP of Virtual, and launched and scaled a Virtual IOP program across 20 states in two years. Tiffany is passionate about the power of technology to connect and save people and to serve a greater purpose of accessibility and convenience for those that need support.
Tiffany has an undergraduate degree from UC San Diego and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance and Management from San Diego State University.
Tiffany resides in Arizona, and also keeps busy with her three kids and husband who enjoy sports, outdoor activities, and picking up new hobbies.
