Giulia Peterlongo is the Chief Operating Officer at Monte Nido where she leads operations, admissions and outreach. Giulia has over 10 years of experience operating, scaling and advising healthcare businesses, with a particular focus on building strong teams and coaching leaders.
Before joining Monte Nido, Giulia was a Division Vice President at DaVita, where she oversaw operations of approximately 100 dialysis centers, a $300M P&L and 1,400 teammates, providing kidney care to approximately 3,000 dialysis patients. Prior to joining DaVita, Giulia was at McKinsey & Company in London, advising clients on clinical outcomes improvement, specifically in oncology care. She also worked in public policy advising European governments on healthcare spending.
Giulia holds degrees in international economics and management from Bocconi University in Milan and a master’s in political economy from the London School of Economics. She also graduated with an MBA with Healthcare Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Originally from Italy, Giulia heads back to the Italian Alps where her family lives when she can, and in the meantime, enjoys the Colorado outdoors by hiking, biking, and skiing.
