Our tailored treatment

Through our Day Support intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programming, adults and adolescents of all genders participate in group and individual therapy. Clients at Monte Nido Walden Westborough receive clinical, medical, psychiatric and nutritional expertise and guidance to face real life challenges. We do our best to engage loved ones in your treatment as much as possible.

Adolescent Eating Disorder Day Support: This program is ideal for teens who are medically stable but who require the structure and support of day treatment. Our team will support the whole family through family programming, therapy, and resources so you will have the tools to support and sustain your child’s recovery during and after treatment. Family-Based Treatment is the focal point of our adolescent treatment program and is designed to give parents an active and positive role in helping their child to reduce disordered eating behaviors, restore weight and resume proper adolescent development.
Adult Eating Disorder Day Support: Our separate, structured adult Day Support program will help you identify and modify patterns that may complicate recovery as you learn strategies for relapse prevention. This level of care is designed for individuals who require support during the day to optimize recovery success. Our compassionate and experienced team is dedicated to providing you with affirming and inclusive care to support lasting eating disorder recovery.

Depending on the level of care you’re in, Day Support at Monte Nido Walden Westborough is available up to 5-7 days per week. Clients live independently and visit Monte Nido to participate in structured daytime programming so that they can practice being on their own while gaining tools, education, and support during the day to set them up for success. Adolescent clients and their families receive support in an outpatient setting.
