Boston-area eating disorder day treatment for adults and adolescents

Through our Day Support, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programming, adults and adolescents of all genders participate in group and individual therapy. Clients at Monte Nido Walden Waltham receive clinical, medical, psychiatric and nutritional expertise and guidance to face real life challenges. We do our best to engage loved ones in your treatment as much as possible. 

• Adolescent Eating Disorder Day Support: This program is ideal for teens who are medically stable but who require the structure and support of day treatment. Parents will take on a more active role at this level of care. Family-Based Treatment, the focal point of our teen program, is designed to give parents of adolescent clients a leading role in helping their child reduce disordered eating behaviors, restore weight, and resume proper adolescent development. Our team will support the whole family through family programming, therapy, and resources so you will have the tools to support and sustain your child’s recovery during and after treatment.
• Adult Eating Disorder Day Support: Our separate, structured adult Day Support program will help you identify and modify patterns that may complicate recovery as you learn strategies for relapse prevention. This level of care is designed for individuals who require support during the day to optimize recovery success.
