Virtual binge eating disorder (BED) treatment

This remote intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults serves individuals with binge eating disorder, emotional eating, night eating syndrome (NES), and overeating. You will have the nutritional and emotional support needed to identify and face barriers to your recovery, decrease binge eating behaviors, and increase your self-efficacy by working through thoughts and emotions that drive your disorder.

Online Binge Eating Treatment
‍Our virtual binge eating disorder program is:
- For adults of all genders who have binge eating disorder
- 3 days a week - Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays
- Program hours:
  - Day option: 11:00am-2:00pm (EST)
  - Evening option: 5:30-8:30pm (EST)
Our virtual binge eating disorder program helps you overcome feelings of shame and guilt commonly experienced after emotional eating episodes and the self-blame associated with eating patterns. You will learn to identify disordered eating behaviors and break free from the isolation and loneliness caused by hiding food addiction, fostering healthier relationships with friends and family.
