Our tailored treatment

Through our Day Support, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programming, adults and adolescents of all genders participate in group and individual therapy. Clients at Monte Nido Portland Day Treatment receive clinical, medical, psychiatric, and nutritional expertise and guidance to face real-life challenges.

Day treatment is available to graduates of a Monte Nido Inpatient or Residential Living program or those in outpatient therapy who need a level of continued transitional care.

Adolescent Eating Disorder Day Support: Your child will have the support to heal their relationship with food and develop skills to change disordered thinking, attitudes, and behaviors. Our team will also support you and your whole family through family programming, therapy, and resources so you will have the tools to support and sustain your child’s recovery during and after treatment.
Adult Eating Disorder Day Support: Our adult Day Support program will help you identify and modify patterns that may complicate recovery as you learn strategies for relapse prevention.

Washington DC eating disorder day treatment accommodations

Depending on the level of care you’re in, Day Support at Monte Nido Tysons Corner is available up to 5-7 days per week. Clients live independently and visit Monte Nido to participate in structured daytime programming so that they can practice being on their own while gaining tools, education, and support during the day to set them up for success. Adolescent clients and their families receive support in an outpatient setting.
