Monte Nido Chicago offers an outcome-backed approach where adolescent and adult clients of all genders can focus on recovery and regain a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Through day support and outpatient programming, clients participate in group and individual therapy, benefit from Monte Nido’s clinical, medical, psychiatric, and nutritional expertise, and experience real-life challenges.

Adolescent PHP & IOP Eating Disorder Day Support: Your child will receive medical-grade care and have access to our specialized team, which focuses on recovery and the treatment of adolescents. Family participation in therapies and family programming will be part of your child’s treatment.
Adult PHP & IOP Eating Disorder Day Support: Our Illinois-based adult day program provides access to our specialized team and resources to help you achieve and sustain recovery while living independently. Off-site living accommodations are available for clients who travel for treatment.

Adult and adolescent eating disorder part-time care

Depending on your level of care, Day Support at Monte Nido Chicago is available up to 5-7 days per week. Clients live outside of our facility and participate in structured daytime programming to practice being on their own while gaining tools, education, and support during the day to set them up for success. Adolescent clients and their families receive support in an outpatient setting.

Accommodations at Monte Nido Chicago Day Support include:
