Through day support and outpatient programming, clients participate in group and individual therapy, benefit from Monte Nido’s clinical, medical, psychiatric, and nutritional expertise, and experience real-life challenges.

Adolescent PHP & IOP Eating Disorder Day Support: Your child will receive medical-grade care and have access to our specialized team, which focuses on recovery and the treatment of adolescents. Family participation in therapies and family programming will be part of your child’s treatment.
Adult PHP & IOP Eating Disorder Day Support: Our Florida-based day program for women provides access to our specialized team and resources to help you achieve and sustain recovery while living independently. Nearby off-site living accommodations are available for clients 18+ who step down from our residential program.

Depending on your level of care, Day Support at Monte Nido Miami is available up to 5-7 days per week. Clients live independently and visit Monte Nido to participate in structured daytime programming so that they can practice being independent while gaining tools, education, and support during the day to set them up for success.
