Monte Nido & Affiliates Opens Residential Eating Disorder Program for All Genders in Long Island, NY on May 8, 2019

GLEN COVE, N.Y., May 8, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Monte Nido & Affiliates - the nation's leading provider of eating disorder treatment for over twenty-three years - announces the opening of Monte Nido Glen Cove on May 8, 2019 in Glen Cove, NY. This residential eating disorder treatment center on the North Shore of Long Island provides programming for adults of all genders for the treatment of anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder and exercise dependency, as well as co-occurring substance use, trauma and psychiatric presentations.

Monte Nido Glen Cove will be Monte Nido & Affiliates fifth program in the state of New York and second residential treatment center nationwide to provide services to all genders upon opening.  Upon discharge, clients will have the option to step down to one of Monte Nido & Affiliates' network of day treatment programs, including those located in Manhattan and White Plains, NY.
